These Audit Terms govern the paid stack modernization audit offered by Webeworx Tecnologia Ltda, trade name WebeWorx, CNPJ 62.851.831/ 0001 -24, registered office Avenida Pref Osmar Cunha, 416, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Notices: legal @webeworx.com. The Portuguese version is the binding text for users in Brazil. The general Terms of Service govern use of the site. These Audit Terms govern the paid audit.
1. Service scope and sequential milestones
The audit fee is USD 99. Cal.com charges that fee with Stripe before the booking is confirmed. The audit proceeds in three milestones.
- Milestone 1 (Discovery Session): a 60-minute online diagnostic meeting to assess current stack architecture, business bottlenecks, and integration goals.
- Milestone 2 (Analysis and strategy): independent technology-stack research, architecture mapping, and AI solution design, finished inside the delivery window in section 4.
- Milestone 3 (Deliverables): in that same window, a written blueprint (the custom building or renovation plan) and a full implementation cost proposal. The cost proposal is delivered with the blueprint or within 24 hours of it.
2. Fee credit
The USD 99 audit fee is credited in full toward the implementation contract if you approve the written cost proposal within 30 calendar days of the date WebeWorx issues it. After that date the credit expires. Approving the proposal is optional. You keep the blueprint either way.
3. Cancellation, refunds, and CDC Article 49
This contract is concluded at a distance. Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Lei 8.078/1990), you may withdraw within 7 days from signing or from receipt of the service. Amounts paid during that reflection period are returned immediately, in updated monetary value (Article 49, sole paragraph). Decree No. 7.962/2013, Article 5, requires a clear way to exercise that right. Send the notice to legal @webeworx.com. WebeWorx confirms receipt immediately. Official texts: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/leis/l8078compilado.htm and https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2011-2014/2013/decreto/d7962.htm.
Commercial cancellation does not replace Article 49. The fee is refunded in full if you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled 60-minute session. If WebeWorx cancels a confirmed session and cannot reschedule on terms you accept, the fee is refunded.
By booking, you ask WebeWorx to begin the customized diagnostic at the start of the scheduled session. Once that session has started, ordinary refund requests are declined because tailored work and proprietary research have begun. A notice that expressly exercises the Article 49 right within 7 days of booking or of the session is not declined automatically. A person reviews it. Nothing in these Audit Terms waives rights that the Consumer Defense Code does not allow to be waived. A clause that attempted to do so would be null (Article 51).
4. Information dependency
The 4–6 business day delivery window starts only after you provide the credentials, answers, or documents WebeWorx requests during the session or in the written request sent after it. Until those inputs arrive, the delivery clock does not run.
5. Scope boundary
The USD 99 fee covers the diagnostic session, the written blueprint, and the implementation cost proposal. It does not commit WebeWorx to building or deploying code, and it does not bind you to later services until a separate implementation agreement is signed. Third-party infrastructure costs, including Railway, Supabase, and OpenAI, are paid by you directly to those providers.
6. Personal data
Credentials and intake information are processed only to perform this audit, under the Privacy Policy and Lei 13.709/2018 (LGPD). Official text: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2018/lei/l13709.htm.
7. Governing law
Brazilian law governs these Audit Terms. The courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right under the Consumer Defense Code to sue in the consumer's domicile.
