Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of webeworx.com and the services offered by Webeworx Tecnologia Ltda, trade name WebeWorx, CNPJ 62.851.831/ 0001 -24, registered office Avenida Pref Osmar Cunha, 416, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Legal notices: legal @webeworx.com.

WebeWorx is an AI infrastructure agency. The public offer on this site is a paid 60-minute stack modernization audit for USD 99. The written blueprint, the cost proposal, and the delivery window are set in the Audit Terms of Service. Any later implementation engagement, including AI implementation when that work is in the proposal, is scoped separately in a written proposal. Optional post-handoff support (hourly, per-task, or monthly retainer) is a later written agreement. This page does not sell an open-priced retainer SKU.

The audit fee, what the session includes, when the written blueprint and cost proposal are due, the 30-calendar-day fee credit, cancellation, and the Article 49 withdrawal right are set out in the Audit Terms of Service at /audit-terms. Those Audit Terms control if this page and that page differ on the audit.

If WebeWorx cancels a confirmed session and cannot reschedule on terms you accept, the fee is refunded. Statutory cooling-off and other consumer rights under Brazilian law are not limited by this page.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Lei 8.078/90) or other applicable consumer protection laws. Clauses that attempted to waive those rights would be null.

Implementation work is scoped in a separate written proposal. Price, deliverables, and timeline are set in that proposal. Typical implementation engagements are a fixed build. Optional after-sale support is billed separately when agreed in writing. The audit fee credit, including the 30-calendar-day window, is stated in the Audit Terms of Service. No work beyond the proposal starts without your written approval.

Upon full payment of an implementation engagement, you receive a dated handoff of the private GitHub repository and the Railway environment for that build. After handoff WebeWorx retains no access, except any temporary read-only window agreed in writing for onboarding and then removed. There is no lock-in obligation: you may steer the project, continue development with any developer or team you choose, and keep the system running through the named providers and their monthly costs. Optional support or a monthly retainer, if agreed later, uses your own account access and payment methods.

WebeWorx retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates. You receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and operate the delivered code in your own accounts. Client content and data remain yours.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WebeWorx's liability arising out of a specific engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. This cap does not apply where Brazilian law, including the Consumer Defense Code, makes a limitation unenforceable — in particular for defects or harms for which the supplier remains responsible.

Brazilian law governs these Terms. The courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights under the CDC, including any right to sue in the consumer's domicile.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, without prejudice to rights that cannot be waived.
